We liked this small hotel. the breakfast had a variety of food, like fruit, eggs, and cheese. the location of the property was central, near the waterfront and all the main attractions.

Quiet, well-kept gardens, hearty breakfasts, excellent location, close to Duval street, the harbour. Everything can be done on foot.
Our room's a little dark and decor's a little old-fashioned. Too bad because the outside is very beautiful, little refreshment would be nice. Don't forget the earplugs, air conditioning is a bit noisy.

Very well located, close to the main street "Duval street". The swimming pool is nice, the breakfast lounge as well. The hotel is very quiet. The staff is very welcoming. The free parking spaces a few blocks away are very popular.
The air conditioning's a little noisy.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area within walking distance of restaurants and attractions like Duval Street, Mallory Square, and the Southernmost Point. I enjoyed grabbing pastries at the nearby Cuban Coffee Queen. - the fact that breakfast was included was a great bonus.

Close to duval street in a quiet street which allows you to enjoy the evening and to be able to go home for a peaceful night. The breakfast is very good (complete adapted to all tastes). The setting is typical of key west (tropical atmosphere). The staff is very nice and smiling. We will surely go back if we go back to key west.
small disadvantage is that there is no private parking (normal in the city centre) and bathroom is rather old school.

Incredibly beautiful hotel, the staff were all efficient and particularly helpful and the location was magnificent within walking distance of all the main attractions. The breakfast had variety of options, including fruit, eggs and cheese.
Disappointing aspect was shabby bathroom.
